About the Chandelier:

Each chandelier comes standard with four or more LED 110v-220v bulbs, a ceiling mount and cable-lock mounting hardware. Made of 100% hand blown glass, each glass stem measures between 10-20inchs in length and is individually hung on a central metal frame. Installation is breeze with our easy-to-use installation guide. Available in only 1 size. All chandeliers can be flush mounted or lowered up to 80inches from the ceiling with our adjustable cable-locks. Hardware and electrical equipment included.

(We had put some spare parts of glass inside the carton so if there is anything broken you don't need to worry. As we know there must be a few pieces broken so we had prepared them)

Dimensions:Since every glass stem is individually blown, sizes are approximate. You can customized the size and color.

Packing & Shipping:

Shipping is always 100% FREE all over the world by EMS. Rest assured that your chandelier will arrive on time and intact, as each stem is nested carefully in plastic foam designed to ensure the safety of the glass. We have been shipping glass across the country for many years and can be trusted with your shippment, please allow 3-4weeks for delivery, though most orders will arrive in 2-3weeks. Priority/Express delivery available upon special request. All packages insured against breakage.

As these are fragile glass, but in case of broken, we also offer 5 to10% spare parts. It is normal to have a few pieces broken but don't worry because we supply these spare parts to replace, besides we have very good and professional package with installation instruction and pictures. It won’t be difficult to install.

In additon, to be honest, the glass is packed uninstalled and there will be certain difference depends on different people’s installation to make it artistic look, and the color may be a little bit different since it totally hand blown, they mihgt look 90% the same as photo. It may be fun to install by yourself and make it unique style as you like. Do you mind it?

Installation and Maintenance:

The electrical installation is very similar to putting in a ceiling fan and arranging the glass pieces is actually fun! If you have ever prepared a bouquet of flowers, you can put together one of our chandeliers. Every chandelier arrives with an easy-to-use installtion guide and we are happy to walk you through the installation over the phone. All of our employees have hands-on experience hanging these chandeliers and are a fantastic resource for hints and suggestions.
