II. Specifications for Communication and Coordination

III. Requirements for Cooperation Qualification Materials
To protect the rights and interests of both cooperation parties and clarify the qualifications of the cooperating entity, any company or individual intending to cooperate must first submit the following materials. After passing the review, they can enter the stage of discussing the cooperation plan:
- Corporate Cooperators: Required to provide ① a scanned copy of the company's business license (with official seal affixed); ② 10 authentic photos of the company's office (which should clearly show the office environment, door plate, core office areas, etc., to ensure authenticity and avoid using online images or fake materials).
- Individual Cooperators: Required to provide ① a scanned copy of valid personal ID (both front and back sides); ② 10 authentic scenario photos related to personal promotion capabilities (such as personal studio, promotion equipment environment, past promotion scenarios, etc., which should reflect the individual's cooperation qualifications and capabilities).
IV. Cooperation Advancement Process
- The cooperator sends an email to Sara (ANTNX.COM), submits the above-mentioned qualification materials, and briefly explains the cooperation intention (such as promoted products/services, proposed cooperation format, expected promotion scale, etc.).
- After receiving the materials, the ANTNX team will complete the qualification review within 3-5 working days and feedback the review result via email.
- After passing the review, both parties will further communicate on cooperation details (such as promotion plan, commission settlement, division of rights and responsibilities, etc.) via email and confirm the final cooperation agreement.
- After signing the cooperation agreement, the joint promotion work will be officially launched, and the promotion progress and data will be synchronized via email during the process.
